11 student houses in the Fusehill Street area and 9 student houses and 2 apartments in the Denton Holme vicinity - perfectly positioned for whatever campus or side of town you want to be.

On-call maintenance 24/7. Each house fully complies with all the safety regulations regarding smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. All carry a Gas Safety Certificate which is renewed annually. There is a current Electrical Safety Certificate for each property which is renewed every 5 years in compliance with the University of Cumbria's Accreditation Scheme. Every house carries a full Fire Safety Certificate and all appliances (fire extinguishers, fire blankets etc.) are checked annually.



All houses/apartments are fully furnished and equipped with:

Each bedroom is equipped with a single or double bed (as size of room allows), wardrobe, desk and chair, plus book case.

Rents include broadband/internet connection. Also all rents include water rates, with the exception of the 3 apartments. Gas and electricity is not included in the rents.

There is no Council Tax to pay as you have student status.



The rooms require a deposit of £200 each, which is returnable at the end of the tenancy. 



Normal duration of the lease is 47 weeks, commencing 1 September. Students can stay longer by arrangement. We are happy to accommodate any specific needs - just ask!
