I have rented a number of properties over the years and I can wholeheartedly endorse Michael and Sylvia as the best among them. The property has been furnished to a very high standard and decorated with great care and attention to detail (regardless of being a student flat).
Any minor matters arising (eg normal maintenance of appliances etc.) have been addressed immediately and attended to swiftly (often the very same day).
Michael and Sylvia are unique in their commitment in providing quality rented accommodation. They have a strong sense of fairness in their treatment of tenants and often make efforts above and beyond their basic obligations as landlords. It has been a pleasure to be their tenant.
