From day one Sylvia and Michael have been brilliant landlords, as they always go above and beyond a landlord’s general responsibilities. Whether it is a maintenance problem or personal problems between the tenants, they will come to the property and offer all the support they can to solve the problem. Their properties are kept to a very high standard and have a 'homely' feel that you want when you are living away from home. I cannot think of one negative comment to say about having them as landlords and I would recommend their properties to all students in Carlisle. If I wasn't moving away from Carlisle to begin the next chapter of my life, then I would be requesting to keep hold of my room for another few years. Thank you both for being amazing!!!
