Covid 19 Pandemic
We hope that students are coping with this very difficult and ongoing pandemic situation, but would like to assure them that we specialise in smaller houses with only 3 or 4 room occupancy, which enables safer and smaller 'bubbles' to be created. We also realise that this is an extremely stressful time for students regarding mental health and welfare, therefore we have decided to make a monthly donation to studentminds.org.uk. which is the UK's student mental health charity.
Everyone please stay safe and well, and we look forward to welcoming new students for 2021/22.

Cumbria Family Business Awards
We were delighted to win our category at the Awards presentation on 10th March, 2017 and subsequently nominated for the National Family Business Awards in London'.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the last two years. I couldn't have wished for a better landlord and landlady. You made me feel so welcome and you were so super helpful and supportive with everything. You deserve a medal for that! Keep up this good work! It's really appreciated. No, seriously. It's quite a step moving to a different country and starting here from scratch, especially after I used to live together with my parents, so it wasn't just moving to a different country but also living by myself and "growing up". You made that so much easier. I think there was no time of day when you weren't approachable or couldn't help - you were always there for me, and that is more than you could wish for as a student. Thank you so so much!
