I would rate Michael and Sylvia as landlords 10 out of 10. They always do what they can to help and deal with problems/situations as they arise. Even when on holiday abroad they carry on working, taking calls and sorting issues.
They always greet us with a smile, are very welcoming and friendly and put themselves out to help their tenants. I have really appreciated them being so accommodating, ensuring that all the tenants are ok. I have also heard lots of positive praise from friends who have Michael and Sylvia as their landlords.
