I would rate Michael and Sylvia as outstanding compared to other landlords.  Any problems and they will be around within an hour or two and have it sorted straight away. The service they provide is brilliant. Their houses are in top condition and if there is a problem with something in the house they will have it sorted as soon as physically possible.
