Covid 19 Pandemic
We hope that students are coping with this very difficult and ongoing pandemic situation, but would like to assure them that we specialise in smaller houses with only 3 or 4 room occupancy, which enables safer and smaller 'bubbles' to be created. We also realise that this is an extremely stressful time for students regarding mental health and welfare, therefore we have decided to make a monthly donation to studentminds.org.uk. which is the UK's student mental health charity.
Everyone please stay safe and well, and we look forward to welcoming new students for 2021/22.

Cumbria Family Business Awards
We were delighted to win our category at the Awards presentation on 10th March, 2017 and subsequently nominated for the National Family Business Awards in London'.
Both Michael and Sylvia have gone above and beyond their role as landlords from the moment we first viewed the student house. The house, which had just been refurbished, was ideally located just a short walk from the campus and the city centre. I honestly can't recommend them enough. From ensuring any faulty appliances were replaced within 24 hours, to allowing us to keep our cars safely parked at their own property whilst we were at home, nothing was too much trouble. Sylvia was also extremely supportive when there was a breakdown of friendships in the house, organising alternative accommodation for myself. Thank you both, I couldn't have wished for a better landlord or landlady!!!
